With over 16 years of experience behind the chair, Kyndell is a master colorist and master-level extension specialist based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Affectionately known as the Color Melt Queen, she specializes in lived-in color, dimensional reds and coppers, and seamless extension work designed to look natural, intentional, and effortlessly wearable.

Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of color theory, allowing her to create nuanced blends and custom formulations that enhance each guest’s natural features, lifestyle, and personal style. Kyndell believes great color should grow out beautifully, feel lived-in rather than overdone, and elevate confidence long after the appointment ends.

Beyond the chair, Kyndell brings over a decade of experience as an educator within the salon space and for professional haircare brands. She is a national educator for R+COLOR, where she leads advanced education focused on modern color techniques, formulation, and creative application. She educates in salons, mentors stylists at every stage of their careers, and is deeply passionate about empowering fellow artists through hands-on education, real-world strategy, and thoughtful mentorship. Her approach centers on building confidence, refining technique, and creating a strong foundation in both artistry and business.
